Country Valley, LLC offers a convenient way to pay rent. There is no need to worry about unnecessary late charges or trips to the bank or post office. All you need to do is authorize a regularly scheduled payment for your lot rent to be made from your checking or savings account. Your payment will be made on the scheduled due date by the 6th of each month.

To take advantage of this service complete and return the following authorization form with a voided check if payment is drawn from a checking account or a deposit slip if it is drawn from a savings account.
