Country Valley is nestled in a peaceful
scenic valley just minutes from Winona, MN

in a picturesque wooded setting, residents appreciate the best of Midwest small-town living in a community featuring lovely homes, friendly neighbors, green spaces, a trout stream, access to the ATV trail, and lush tree-lined landscaping. Country Valley has ninety-five large lots strategically placed throughout this beautiful setting. Our lots will accommodate homes from 16 x 80 to 32 x 80. Homes can be purchased within the park, brought into the park, or can be rented within our park as well. We built this manufactured home community with our tenant’s safety in mind. Within this community you will find a playground located at a dead end cul-de-sac and a storm shelter. Our location is ideal featuring two different school districts that offer busing to and from the community, one is Winona district 861 and the other is Lewiston / Altura district 857.
